•ABS compounder having a handling issue with a liquid antistatic additive
•The additive is a viscous liquid that becomes very hard to handle when below 15ºC
•During compounding the material can volatilize very easily causing a H&S danger

•Other additive used in the formulation could be used to spray dry the liquid using a special PolyAd process
•The resulting powder was free flowing and non dusting
•If needed this powder could be processed into pellets by PolyAd Services to give a feedable dust free pellet
